Today was definitely the last time we went to this McDonald's.
We wanted to pick up an ice cream today, drove 20 minutes to get it, and then the machine was apparently broken again. The service is a disaster, from the wrong food to carelessly thrown-in burgers to gluten-free buns that weren't gluten-free—they've had it all. The wait times are outrageous; we've never had such POOR SERVICE at a McDonald's before. And we're certainly not the only ones who feel this way.
