I'm giving it a 3⭐ because they've removed the lactose-free milk option at McCafé. They didn't have plant-based milk (which already seemed odd to me, considering it's a restaurant chain...) but now that they don't have lactose-free milk, it's impossible for me and many others to have breakfast, for example, because it's not a matter of taste, it's a matter of intolerances and allergies. I find it really odd how few gluten-free, vegetarian, or lactose-free options they have. We're going backwards in this regard. I must also say that the staff is super nice and everything else is very good. Thank you for your service ☺️🙏🏼
