Lovely setting on a quiet weekday for our small group was let down by a limited menu, nothing but gluten-free cakes and slices with no prices marked, no riesling or sauv blanc, plastic cups provided for water which you get yourself, tables weren't cleared. Dryer in ladies not working and someone instead shoved a handful of paper towels on it with an untidy sign. I asked for a half gin and tonic and after being told no, he couldn't do that, changed his mind and I got what I asked for - half measure - but was charged $12 for a full measure! Seems aimed not at repeat business but at tourists who probably go away similarly underwhelmed. A wasted opportunity to be a good ambassador for SA.
