Celiac here! Although their kitchen isn’t gluten-free.. Melissa, the owner was absolutely accommodating with sharing her kitchen no-cross contaminating protocol. Also sharing that she has a dear friend that is celiac, allowing the opportunity to perfect her gluten-free recipes :) AND OH BOY… You can taste the love in her pies!!
