Mecato Berlin

Here, everything is gluten-free and there are milk alternatives. I visit Mecato almost daily and highly recommend the Arepas and Empanadas. I always go for one of the vegan options, like the Arepa Verde or Berlin, which are really tasty. The Arepa Caleña is also one of my favorites. My friend enjoys the Arepa Paisa, and in the picture, you can see the Arepa Llanera. The exotic juices and homemade lemonades are delicious and refreshing. The Colombian hot chocolate and coffee are also really good. Everyone in this family-owned business is very friendly and accommodating ☺️

One of my favorite places in the neighborhood. Fantastic coffee, arepas, and empanadas (gluten-free and some very tasty vegan options), typical juices like guanabana or lulo. Latin music. But what I love most is that the place is owner-operated and still has a genuine soul compared to many others.
