Always tasty and fresh. However, staff should be better trained not to put gluten free products together with gluten baked goods. We ordered over the phone a slice of the matcha raspberry cake and was put together with two other gluten baked goods. Because of cross-contamination my friend couldn't eat it. Also, since I was not present when the slice of matcha cake was cut, we were given the dry edge of the cake which for £3.50 it is not worth it.

After hearing great things about Medicine from my friends, I decided to make a reservation for my family. It truly is a hidden gem in the city. The cake upon entrance looked amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The waitress was very helpful in accommodating my gluten-intolerant mother-in-law, explaining her menu options. I would highly recommend making a reservation as this place gets busy. I can't wait to visit again the next time I'm in the city.
