Pleasantly surprised with the food. They accommodated my diet of vegetarian gluten free. My meal was very good. Our server was super fun and attentive. I wish I could remember his name and shout him out. Red and yellow row 11. Guy with brown hair. You definitely rocked the service and getting us into the mood to boo green!

It was our first time attending the dinner and show. It was a very enjoyable experience for my family. I thought the parking was going to be a mess, however we arrived 45 minutes before our show started and so many cars were leaving from the previous show. So parking was a breeze. We waited in a somewhat long line to get it, but it moved quickly. The process to enter was fairly organized. There were a couple of moments in which it was not completely clear where we were supposed to go next, but it wasn't a problem. There were plenty of employees to help find your seats. The venue was very clean, and our server was outstanding. He really worked hard. The food was excellent, and they had multiple dietary options (gluten-free, vegetarian, etc). The system in which they brought you your food was seamless. The show itself was entertaining; we struggled to understand the storyline due to the sound system. It wasn't unclear or a poor system; it just felt too loud in an arena building. It didn't take away from the show. We could still understand the basics, based on the performance of the knights and their horses. The horses and their riders were incredible. Watching the horses was a beautiful moment for my daughter, as a young horse rider, herself. After the show ended, it was not clear the best way to exit, and it was not clearly marked that their were restrooms at the exit. We waited in a long bathroom line with others leaving the show but also guests arriving for the next show, with no idea there were more bathrooms elsewhere. It was not a big deal. It was just so crowded with our show exiting and the next entering that we could not see where the exit was located. So if you're reading this, go past the gift shop and bar, away from the entrance and the knighting booth, there are less crowded bathrooms. Overall, it was an outstanding experience! We would love to go back, but with the price point, it most likely won't be for a while. I felt the price was fair for everything it incorporated, though!

Medieval Times was everything I imagined it to be. Great service and great food. The show was amazing. If you like sword fighting, jousting, beautiful horses, birds of prey, and theater, well, this is for you. As soon as you get there, you go through the line, and depending on the on the package you purchased, it moves pretty quickly. You get a chance to look around, and they plenty of little shops to buy souvenirs or for the adults liquor or beer, or just to take pictures. When the show starts, there is a quick introduction to what waits you, the do's and donts, then you are sitted very quickly and orderly. You are assigned sitting by the package you purchased, but don't worry, you can always upgrade. Then you meet your sever for that area, Hannah was the server for our section, she introduced herself as being the Wench( server) for the evening, and yes I was thrown off when she said it, lol. They start serving food right away. The dinner was gluten-free but delicious, and they served desert aswell. And if you can't finish dinner you can take it home in a platter box. The show, was amazing, not one dull moment, the narrator does a excellent job communicating everything that is going on so you can follow very easily. The Knights give you a performance of a lifetime. It's a dazzling display of sword fighting and jousting. They gave you a great display of athleticism and showmanship. The horses were well trained and beautiful. I felt like I was in the Heath Ledger movie " A Knights Tale." I was very surprised it did not have an animal smell, if you know what I mean, stuff did happen, it was dealt with very quickly. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend anybody and everybody to go see it. It is very family friendly. A must-see !!!!
