This place is absolutely amazing.
As a former chef who made hummus, kefta, baba, etc for five years.... Moes is SPOT on. Everything is fresh and made in house. As a new resident in SLO I have been searching up and down for food like this.
As someone who can't eat gluten due to Celiac, this place does not give me issues. Huge win for Gluten free peeps!
