Mediterraneo

I'm vegan + Medical Medium + gluten-free and mostly fat-free and corn-free. My way of eating can be hard to maintain while eating at restaurants. The waiter at Mediterraneo was well aware of all ingredients and guided me without hesitation to which dishes were safe for me to eat. All pasta dishes can be made gluten-free, but no gluten-free pizza. I had a really yummy vegan "11. Crema di pomodoro" Tomato soup with gluten free crackers and pasta "12. Spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino" without parmesan which made the dish vegan and gluten free. The veggies for the meat dishes were served on a separate plate and were also gluten-free and vegan. Both dishes were very tasty and with an original taste of Italy 💚🤍♥️ My family ordered "31. Filetto la Pineta" Beef tenderloin with tomatoes, peppers, rose pepper and cognac sauce, "37. Saltinbocca" Veal fillet with coppa salami, sage in white wine and sage sauce, and "58. Pizza Parmigiana" Tomato, mozzarella, parma ham, arugula salad, parmesan and pesto "73. Tartufo" Truffle ice cream for dessert and every dish was very tasty and beautifully presented. The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere with slightly dim light and candlelights on each table.
