I am gluten-free, and this restaurant came highly recommended by friends who are not. But so many items on the menu were marked gluten free and they provide gluten free bread if you ask! The bread was crunchy and delicious. I got the shrimp and risotto, and my husband got the fish (Triple Tail) special. Seriously, amazing. We couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was.

Good is excellent, the ambience and decor even more. Anna, our waitress was all the time with a big smile and ready to help. We asked for the gluten free bread basket, which is delicious ( you cannot tell it is gluten free). The same for the gluten free past with vegetables. We also had the vegetarian paella, the rise was perfectly cooked and the veggies on top super fresh. The grilled cheese with ouzo glaze is also awesome. We will be back to Mediterráneo in every trip to Naples

First of all, wow. Just wow this place is amazing. I lived in Italy and have traveled around Europe and this place genuinely has the atmosphere of being abroad. Also, I have a severe gluten allergy and not only did this place have so many amazing gluten free options, but our server, Boris, took time to make sure everything was prepared in a safe manor and explain to me the gluten free options. We will 1000000% be back and I will be telling everyone I know about this place. Amazing food, experience and quality!
