I was confused by the concept of this place. It would have been nice if the server was there to explain since he asked if it was our first time, but it was under staffed and he left quickly after asking us our steak preference. I did not like the salad, as it was limp and over dressed. I thought the steak was mid. The fries were good because they were fresh but I personally did not like the gravy at all. I liked the safety this place had to offer in terms of gluten free food. Otherwise I didn't have a good experience.

Most of the food is gluten free and safe for celiacs. Went for brunch. Wish we didn’t get cut off immediately after finishing our entree though.
