One menu option when we went: steak frite w/ salad. The salad was good. The fries were good. The steak - I ordered it medium rare (the whole reason I came here) and it came out rare. Sad face. The other person at my table ordered medium and it came out medium rare. This is the only reason I came to this place so it is affecting the stars highly. That being said, the unexpected sauce on top of the steak was tasty and according to the chef, gluten free. The steak was pretty tasty as well, though thinner than you would have imagined. I’m not a huge steak person so this was fine for me. It wasn’t clear to me from the menu, but your meal comes in two portions, so they serve you a medium sized plate once, and then they come back around and serve you the same thing again. If I return, and I want risk it, I will order a medium in order to get a medium rare.
