Wow! New Jersey has the best breakfast joints. This one isn't far from Asbury/Belmar, off 35 in a strip mall. If you're afraid of sugar, go somewhere else! They specialize in French toast, but have plenty of other items available. Lots of fruit, whole grains, and gluten-free options available. The coffee bar didn't appeal (at least $5 each), and the hot chocolate laid an egg. However, the service was attentive, welcoming, and energetic. Thanks for the loaded hash with pork roll! Makes NJ proud.

First time here in a while. I had the Mex-inspired breakfast bowl and it was delicious. Dining companion raved about her gluten free French toast. It's tempting to order one of the dessert-like items but I usually go with nutrition and have never been disappointed.
