Mela Thai Cuisine

I go to Mela once a week for the Pad Thai, spice level 5. It’s the only time I go out to eat and is a weekly treat. I love them, the staff is always very friendly. I have celiac disease, but have never had an issue with cross contamination. I would say that Mela is both celiac and gluten free safe in my experience and even has vegan options so overall is very dietary restriction friendly. I will say that sometimes it’s less spicy than others, I order level 5 but get what seems like a level 2. I just leave a note in the comments that say I want smoke to come out of ears from how hot it is and then I get the level of spice I’m looking for 😂 It’s fantastic and really the only place I feel I can trust with allergens. I cook everything from scratch and only eat out if I can’t make a better version myself. I recommend them to everyone. I have order once a week since moving to the area in June :)
