We were warned that it’s hard to get a table here, so we made sure to book in advance—and it was absolutely worth it. What a beautiful restaurant in the heart of Port Douglas. The beef cheek, soft shell crab, pork belly, and even the humble green vegetables were all bursting with flavour and melted in our mouths.
There were four of us, and we shared a range of entrées and mains—perfectly portioned for tasting and sharing. The staff were lovely and welcoming, with great attention to detail, especially when it came to catering for gluten-free and dairy-free needs.
