Mello Bistro

This restaurant just opened a few months ago and based on my first experience, I definitely plan on being a repeat customer. I would say the food is a blend of American, Brazilian and Italian. We got the burrata (special), rib eye steak, vodka parm with a side of gluten free pasta in mushroom truffle sauce (yes, they have gluten free pasta!) and cheesecake. Everything was exquisite - the quality of ingredients is evident throughout every meal from the burrata to the entree to the cheesecake (which was made in house). Aside from the food, the service and hospitality was the best I have ever experienced. I felt like I was one of the family and that my business was genuinely appreciated. The chef even came out to thank us and asked exactly how we wanted our meals, which was wonderful because we got to customize our entrees to our specific likings. This was the best restaurant experience I have had in a while- highly recommend!
