Mellow Mushroom Brandon

I love Mellow Mushroom. I've been visiting for years. I love the chill vibe. My fav pizza is their barbeque which is amazing funkyqchicken ;). Now that I can't have gluten, their gluten free just is my favorite. It's not heavy, it doesn't distract me from enjoying any type of pizza I want! Side note...I love the staff here, they are always so amazing, thoughtful and it feels like I'm walking in to visit my friends to have a bite!

NOT WORTH THE PRICE! I'm really disappointed in MM. Used to get really full, delicious pizza and now it looks like a 3rd grader made it. Sauce is NOT even, barely any cheese and it's haphazardly placed, skimping on meat even when you purchase a MEAT PIZZA.... I literally said to my husband last night, forget it! I'm going to figure out how to make delicious gluten free pizza dough and we'll just make our own pizza for a fraction of the price. That is the issue with restaurants. They have forgotten that the reason we go to them is for good food that we can't make at home. But when we can make BETTER food at home for way less cost...no need for restaurants...

It is our annversary today. We were excited to find a vegan gluten free pizza option in our neighborhood. But then when the pizzas arrived they had almost no vegan cheese or sauce on them, and the toppings were still raw. The pizza boxes arrived with an empty water bottle stuck to the pizza box, and the pizza crust was half an inch of dry "cardboard" around he edge of the pizza. Then when I called to alert the manager so she can do some quality control for others to not have a similar experience, I was told by Emily she would call the manager and instead put on hold for 7 mins, only for another server to pick up the phone only to learn there was someone on it waiting. So I told them I have been waiting to talk to the manager and she said oh she did not realize, and to wait a minute and she would call the manager. I was then put on hold for another 4 minutes only to have someone pick up the phone and try to make an outgoing call. After the person stopped dialing I was like "what on earth is going on, I have been on the phone for 11 mins now waiting on the manager" and she also said oh she did not realize and she was the manager. Who refunded us the order, the only decent experience in this entire mess of an experience. Highly unrecommend this place.
