We stayed a few days in Bordeaux and discovered this amazing restaurant.
Inside, the location is welcoming and the staff is very friendly and quick. The dishes are meticulous in detail and very tasty.
Being celiac, they listed the gluten free options (i.e. almost all the dishes) including the very fresh dessert!
