The boss Pre-ordered boxed lunches for a work event. Mine was a special request for gluten free due to a wheat allergy. Box was marked GF. Sandwich was delicious with GF bread. Even had an oatmeal cookie in the box, which I ate. Realized about 15 min later, when I started wheezing the cookie was not GF. Later I did call the shop and was told they do not have GF cookies. Just think M Farms could have noted that on the box or even omitted the cookie, in light of the GF request. I know a lot of people are GF for dietary reasons, but there are many of us that have allergies and request GF for health reasons.
