Truly delicious ice cream and also suitable for celiacs. The ice cream was fantastic, especially the cream (full-bodied, not too sweet, perfect to accompany the ice cream and you can feel that it is artisanal). In addition to the kindness and cheerfulness of the staff, I pleasantly noticed a great attention (and knowledge) regarding the risk of contamination with gluten, in fact, in addition to having gluten-free cones available, they took all the flavors for me (and even took the cream from a new container) with new clean scoops, and explained to me which ice creams could have contaminated toppings. Furthermore, the ice cream was taken from the point furthest from the scoops already in use (and which therefore could have been contaminated by other cones). I really recommend it! Very good.
