Whether you are looking to dine in, or pick up some fresh Italian ingredients/sauces/treats to take home, Mercato is your one-stop-shop for the best and highest quality Italian goods. If you have a gluten intollerance, dont worry! They also sell gluten-free pasta (from italy). Hands down, this may very well be the best italian restautant in Calgary. Great ambiance, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and my god....the FOOD... It is absolutely to die for. If you have never been to Mercato, it is an absolute MUST!

The food was great and the service was stellar. They can make any of the meat dishes gluten-free and a few of the appetizers. However, I don't think they offer any gluten-free pasta dishes.
