I am in love with Meredith's Paleo bread. As someone who follows a modified version of the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol, this is the first bread I have been able to legitimately enjoy in 15 years. The consistency, flavor, nutrition, and performance of this bread is unparalleled, so much so that most gluten eaters I have shared it with have been equally blown away. 10/10 recommend for anyone searching for a super clean and tasty paleo bread.

Small bakery with lots of gluten free as well as regular bakery selections. The staff were very friendly & helpful. It is a small space, so there may be a little wait to get to the area that you want. This does not impact the experience! Parking is limited, but people are in and out quickly that it was a non-issue. I highly recommend their gluten free baked goods & wish that we lived close by to get more.
