Merritt Island Pancake House

This is a very nice spot located in a shopping center that offers gluten free options for those that need it. The atmosphere is calm.The food is good and the surface is top, notch. I would recommend if your passing through the Space Coast.

A must try for my people with a gluten sensitivity. Aspen was our server and she was super sweet, knowledgeable and accommodating. They offer multiple gluten friendly options, but I went with the Gluten Free Pancakes and they were PHENOMENAL, probably the best I've had; I've tried many a GF pancake too, lol. My hubby loved his omelette and hash browns and I really enjoyed my eggs, bacon and grits. You can tell this place prides themselves on great food and awesome service. Overall a wonderful experience, highly recommend!
