They adapt several options to gluten-free and explain that they have a separate area to do everything.
Everything delicious, very friendly staff but a little expensive if you go to smaller cities but the same price as in the area.

We ate cheeks with mashed potatoes and monkfish with bakery potatoes, gluten-free. It was all delicious! Recommended for celiacs (and non-celiacs). It's not cheap, but for being in the Old Town of San Sebastián/Donostia, it's not that bad. If you are in the area, don't hesitate. We made a prior reservation
