Meso Maya Comida y Copas

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! I called ahead and spoke with Jimmy, the manager, to set up a team lunch for our company (13 people). I also had to explain that I have Celiac Disease and needed to make sure I could eat there safely. Jimmy assured me that I could be accommodated. When we got there, we were warmly greeted by Fernando and shown to our tables. He was so gracious and wonderful! When I told him I was the "troublemaker" of the bunch because of my CD, he just smiled and said, "We can take care of you! Most of the food is gluten free and I can tell you which ones to avoid because of cross contamination." I'll just skip to the best part...Fernando handled our large group like a champ! The whole meal was pleasant and went off without a hitch. Everyone commented on how good the food was and how wonderful the service was. You can bet we will be back. One of our favorite places in north Dallas. I have a gluten allergy and the server was very helpful on order suggestions. Also, if he best flan we have ever had!!!
