At Duelas, Alberto doesn't just run a restaurant; he runs an experience. From the moment you walk in, the attention is warm, professional, and carefully curated down to the smallest detail. The service was excellent, and, very important to us, they adapted the entire meal to someone with celiac disease without losing an ounce of gluten-free flavor. The menu is a feast for the palate: the bluefin tuna tartar, fresh and balanced; the Japanese salad, smooth and unique; and the meat, juicy and perfectly cooked. And just when you think it can't get any better... the desserts arrive, which are simply spectacular. A place where the food is wonderful, where you feel cared for, and where we will definitely return many times.

Very attentive and gluten-friendly service. Highly recommended for celiacs. The sea bass was impressive, and the anchovy butter with olives was incredible.
