Metropole

Metropole is located in a super cool art hotel with lots of interactive and dynamic art exhibits. Atmosphere wise, this spot is IT. Food wise -- the menu had 1 dairy free option -- French fries. It was super disappointing with a gluten and dairy allergy to sit down and realize there was not 1 complete meal I could order without significant modification. The server and chef were VERY accommodating, making me small portions of to sample dishes without dairy. Metropole-- you need to do better to curate a menu that has a plethora of tasty, healthy options. Offering burgers, fries, chili and fried meats does not meet the standard of elegance and artistry that the location has. The previous menu was a bit more inclusive and I'm wondering why the establishment decided to exclude a portion of their customers.
