Mexico Silverdale

Very average Mexican food and a ridiculously small sized guacamole for the price you pay. Limited options for gluten free too.

Great addition to the Silverdale Mall complex. Visited yesterday for birthday margaritas. No idea kids ate free on Sundays but what a great incentive for a family orientated area. The staff are young and the venue is new as some of the other reviews say but someone has obviously gone in here and fixed the problems that have caused negative feedback previously which is what you want to see. Nothing but smiles & positive energy as the young staff moved non stop around the restaurant during our visit. Staffing level possibly high on floor staff but this to be expected from a new venue aiming towards the success of a promotion. Top marks for staff knowledge. 2 coeliacs in our group can be challenging but all questions were answered confidently and most importantly when answers were not known that was admitted and checked with the kitchen to ensure the safety of the guests. Great gluten free options for kids which is often ignored. Margarita was perfect, service fast and attentive and the food was delicious. One thing to note is that at times it was very loud and made conversation difficult for the kids but we will be returning. As one of our kids said...”that Mexico was Mexicool”, thanks team.
