Great atmosphere & service, cooks seem to be doing the best they can with the fair quality ingredients provided. And there's the rub, overall quality of food is skimped for better profits. Understandable but for what should be a upscale restaurant not acceptable. You'll first notice upon getting bread, the oil & balsamic are the cheapest possible, gmo, gluten, preservatives, etc. Pretty said if Olive Garden uses better grade oils & no shame either, a bottle of 'Cheney brothers' (food service like Sysco) olive oil is plunked down on the table. first cold press? not even close, barely edible & refined junk. same goes for a lot of other items, sauces, seasonings, vegetables are all lowest grades possible & taste like it maybe a special seafood here or there...maybe.
