Mezze Mediterranean Cuisine

Although Mediterranean food is largely gluten free, the risk of cross contact (and poor customer service) is very high here. I ordered the Muj rice bowl (as I dislike cinnamon in my savory food) and they gave me the house rice bowl that contains vermicelli (and cinnamon). When I asked for a new bowl because it was wrong, they spent a few moments looking for the order receipt (as though to check if I'd just changed my mind) then just swapped the meat from the original bowl to a muj rice base (super obvious because i could clearly see vermicelli), AND added the wrong toppings. I left the bowl entirely uneaten as I didn't feel like asking them if the vermicelli was rice based given their clear unwillingness to make a new bowl and their apparent lack of understanding about gluten in general. There was a lady that came in after us with a pick up order and they missed two items from her order as well. The falafel was fine but if you're celiac or need to be gluten free (or if you want good customer service) don't bother going here.

Amber at Mezze was so sweet to me and so knowledgeable about things for a gluten allergy. Please give her a raise! She is lovely!
