Mezè Restaurant

Meze is a truly a gem on 18th. The service here is fantastic - Rocky was so kind and helpful - and THE FOOD. The menu is incredibly vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free friendly, everything tasted fresh and well seasoned, the kitchen was able to make accommodations even beyond those available by the menu, and the bartenders were quick and attentive with their cocktails. There is a lot of seating too, both indoors and outdoors, which makes this a great place for a large group.

Most amazing food and most amazing wait staff!! Worst parking EVER in history. 😆 Went there for a work dinner on a Friday night....1st parking mistake. Menu was pre-made for large parties. Lots of tapas plates.....hummus, babaganoush, fresh foccacia bread, chicken kabob, small kufte patties, dolmas, cheese pastries, tomato/onion/Cucumber salad with rice, marinated shrimp, baklava, gluten free meatball options. A whole list of special mojitos. It was all amaaaaazing!! They cater to food allergies, as well. Our waiter was John. He was wooonderful!! Was on top of everything for us. Took pictures for us. Brought extra food for us. He was awesome!!.....Handsome too!! 🤭🤭 Would looove to revisit. Maybe not on a holiday wknd. And will def uber there next time. 😆
