Mi Ranchito Mexican Restaurant

My mom and I came here for an impromptu lunch date, and we were not disappointed. When we arrived, we were seated immediately and were served quickly. We both got the Chile Verde dinner plate (minus the beans and cheese), and OH MY GOODNESS, it was incredible. I've had a lot of Chile Verde carnitas plates before, and this one was by FAR the best I've had. The pork was so tender and flavorful, the sauce was AMAZING, and the rice was absolutely delicious. I will for sure be ordering this every time we come! We had Juan as our server, and he was very helpful and kind! We both have allergies to gluten and dairy, and he was very accommodating and patient with our customizations and requests for the order. Thank you for the amazing meal! We will definitely be back again.

I grew up going to the American Fork Mi Ranchito. In my experience, the South Jordan location is always just as good! My favorite chicken enchiladas, the BEST rice, good service, and gluten free tortilla chips (not fried in a shared fryer. Perfect for those of us with celiac disease!). The atmosphere is also modern and nice. This is my go to spot for Mexican food!
