It's "fast casual" and the quality is very basic, the appeal is suppose to be that it's fast and you can customize everything to your liking. If you have realistic expectations of it, it can fill a need of you're in a rush and on campus. I've recently had to go wheat-free, so I tried their gluten free crust on my quest for a pizza I can both eat and can enjoy eating sans wheat, haven't been to this place in years - it was pretty well awful. The crust being awful wasn't a suprise, I've yet to have an enjoyable wheat-free crust, but the sauce had no flavor, the toppings were few and practically raw. I tossed it after the first slice. Ah, well. The quest continues.
