Mia Famiglia Pizzeria

To be fair, we have only ordered the Margherita pizza because that is typically a family favorite. We ordered once and I forgot it wasn’t a hit in our home and just ordered it again. Unfortunately, their Margherita pizza has no real flavor to it. They have a sauceless Margherita which makes it too dry. As for the cheese, no flavor either. Margherita pizza needs a really good mozzarella. And lastly, sandwich sliced tomatoes, eh. I even requested sides of sauce to see if that helped, but sadly it didn’t. Sorry guys but this pizza recipe just doesn’t cut it. I personally need a gluten free of which they have several options. Again, not a lot of flavor and over cooked. I don’t think we’ll be ordering their pizza again.

Our family did not enjoy the food from here at all. The pizza was dry and didn’t have very much sauce on it. The regular pepperoni pizza didn’t have marinara and had ricotta on it instead of regular cheese. The gluten free pizza was burnt and had very few toppings or sauce on it. It was so disliked, it wasn’t even eaten by the majority of the family after tasting it. We wanted to find a local pizza shop to support in the area but will keep looking. Was very disappointed as my newly employed teenage son spent his hard earned money to do something special for the family and spent well over $90 for our family of 6. This may have very well been a fluke as I see several people who had different experiences but with as many other options available to us we don’t plan to return to find out.
