We had a great experience at Mic Mac Bar & Grill. They offer clear options for people with food allergies, including gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and paprika-free choices, which made me feel very comfortable and safe ordering. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, knowledgeable about allergies, and willing to help with menu modifications. The food was delicious and well prepared. The protein portions are reasonable, about 150–200 g per person in a combo, which felt appropriate and satisfying. We ordered a combo that included steak, lobster, and shrimp, along with potato, sweet potato, salad, and two beers, and the total was around $130 CAD, which we felt was a very fair price for the quality and variety. Overall, great food, great service, and a very allergy-aware experience. We 100% recommend Mic Mac Bar & Grill and would absolutely return.
