Michael's Artisan Bakery & Cafe

I’ve been going thru some major digestive/health issues and was on the hunt for gluten free bread that had appropriate ingredients such as no vinegar, etc. Felt defeated as most places have so many ingredients that just were not on my tolerance list… until Michaels, they have a gluten free bread with only 3 ingredients which has been amazing and a life saver while being so restrictive with diet, appreciate how they take care to ensure quality.

Very nice bakery, pleasant staff, wonderfully pleasant owner , they make a great gluten free bread that has substance yet is moist, mainly buckwheat and quinoa as opposed to GF loaves that are mainly refined starches... they keep some frozen that to me is virtually the same as fresh baked . Also a GF brownie large slice and one serving size GF cheesecake. Their large apple slice NOT gluten free ) is fantastic... Closes at 3 pm and Sunday/Mondays
