[Celiac friendly - menu displays gf items] Celiac safe. Menu marked gluten free. Manager was attentive. Server was stoic. They were knowledgeable of celiac disease and were able to accommodate. Food was good. Drinks were great. Better than average experience.

An institution in MDD, it’s still a favorite to dine at whether it’s for a meal, or special occasion. I love how there’s always something for everyone on the menu (including gluten-free persons), and while the menu changes according to the local growing season, some staples remain like the chips and onion dip or the deviled eggs. I love how the vibe is always approachable and accommodating to make you feel at home. Many have this misconception because it’s located in the Design District, it must be fancy or you walk away feeling hungry. That’s furthest from the truth. I always stop in when I have guests visiting from out-of-town. Must go 🤌🏻
