Micheal Anthony makes the best cakes. We bought a wedding cake and mini cakes for our wedding. 4 types of mini cakes a dozen each, with 42 people I have 5 mini cakes left. They were definitely a hit! Micheal Anthony was very easy to work with and accommodating to all of my requests. The gluten free cupcakes were a big hit with everyone and they said they tasted no different. Michael Anthony:
Michael composed a four tier lemon cello wedding cake with a white buttercream frosting with an Elegant cascade of roses flowing down the side. He did a phenomenal job incorporate a gluten and dairy free top layer with 3 layers of traditional cake. The cake meet all our expectations of beauty and taste and our guests raved about the wedding cake.
