Good location near town. Enjoyed all elements of the hotel. Congratulations to the restaurant staff who were very attentive when it came to the gluten free diet, never too much trouble, thank you

This is a stunningly beautiful place. The staff is super friendly, patient and will provide you with any information you may want or need for the area. Our room was very clean and full of the necessities. Our room had a great view and a small patio to sit and enjoy the wonderful Sorrentine sun. The only 2 complaints i have about the entire experience at this hotel is the shower head and the complimentary breakfast. The shower head was pretty restricted and i had to scrub it a bit to clear out a few more jets. I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast, although complimentary, i feel is just not up to par with the local cuisine. It was kind of bland. I will credit them with a large variety of items so there are plenty of choices for all. I even saw the staff provide another client with a gluten free box of cereal from the kitchen. All in all, i would highly recommend this hotel but would suggest walking down the street for a good Italian breakfast.
