We hired MidCoast Catering for our intimate wedding dinner on 9/30/22 and again on 10/1/22 for appetizers and salads for our reception. Leading up to our events, we enjoyed a lovely private tasting and worked closely with Hannah who was the sweetest coordinator - very accommodating, organized, and professional. Sadly, she transitioned out of this role shortly before our event, which made for a little more coordination on our end.
Our events took place at the Park Point Beach House. The food was fantastic and everyone ate well! We chose the farro salad, the green beans, butternut squash, walleye, and the pesto chicken. For dessert, MidCoast Catering made beautiful mini cheesecakes, carrot cakes, and a gluten free dessert as well. For our larger reception, we selected the smoked salmon, watermelon/feta skewers, and the caesar salad & beet salad to accompany our pizza truck dinner service. Everyone raved about the food!!
Haley & Kelsey were great bartenders for both of our events - they went above and beyond to help with dishes, which was greatly appreciated. We would strongly recommend MidCoast Catering to anyone hosting their wedding or event in Duluth or surrounding areas. Thank you for everything, Vanessa & Matt
