#CeliacReviews: What a blessing when celiacs can eat like pigs, just like non-celiacs. I called ahead and the patient, friendly staff connected me to the sous chef, who explained the options with lowest risk of gluten cross-contamination (flat-top is used for gluten-containing items too). I had the mixed brisket 😋 with one of their GF sauces.
📌 Not a gluten-free facility, but there is a “gluten-friendly” menu (their transparency is honestly refreshing).
