Hope you like birria! I can see why Mike’s Red Tacos is so highly rated. The flavors are bold, the portions are generous, and everything is packed with rich and savory. I got the Cali Burrito, and it was incredible—perfectly seasoned birria, crispy fries, and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Personally, I’d skip the $2 consomé as the beef birra is already excellent.
My partner had the veggie tacos, and they were equally delicious, full of fresh ingredients and great texture. I believe they was vegan and gluten free.
