Mike’s Crumb Cake Factory

It’s a great concept, but I’m not understanding why the crumb cakes don’t automatically have powdered sugar on the crumb section. I appreciate that they offer gluten-free options. I tried a gluten-free vanilla crumb cake. The cake portion was great, but the crumb section was very dry, and it seemed like it was missing something. Suddenly, I realized it was the powdered sugar. I also don’t understand the way the product is displayed In the store. As another reviewer mentioned, the crumb cakes are all in plastic containers on the counters and tables, and nothing appears to be freshly made. I really have had much better crumb cake from ordinary bakeries. You’re just not getting what you would expect from a place that is specializing in crumb cakes

A great business all around! I am gluten free and my family is not. We were able to get 6 different flavors to try. All really delicious! The marble and the GF plain were outstanding!
