Restaurant understands gluten-free allergy!

First I was worried about trying this place b/c they were not busy on Cinco de Mayo. We went in anyways to see. Pleasantly surprised. Service was great. Food was yummy. Atmosphere was rowdy, fun and busier then it looked. It was extremely loud but the server said that it isn't normally this loud. Idk why it needs to be so loud just b/c it's May 5rh but it was. Didn't bother me that much cause it was my daughter and I so our conversation could be elevated but if it would have been a few of us it would have been difficult to talk. The most awesome conversation I did have was with the Manager on duty.. I asked him about his actions with allergies. He said to ask for management when ordering and he will make sure cook understand the severity if cross contamination. I explained to him about a Gluten intolerant allergy. He said they are aware of allergies and if told they will do what they can to prevent cross contamination. I don't run into this often. Good to know. I told him I would be back b/c of this information. Thank you Margaritas for a great evening.
