The Milkshake Factory was beyond amazing—I can't recommend it enough! The service? IMPECCABLE! The staff was super friendly, funny, and even helped us pick out the perfect shakes. The vibe inside was so inviting and cozy, it made us want to hang out all day. They’ve got dairy-free options (score!) and were super accommodating, even making sure one of our shakes was gluten-free. Oh, and don’t even get me started on the chocolates and snacks—SO delicious! FYI you can also get a free shake on your birthday!

Expectations were a little too high for a specialty shake place. The girl who helped me was lovely. I ordered a plain chocolate shake because I’m gluten intolerant and every other custom shake had cookies or brownie in it. The shake was a bit too malty for my taste. 🤷🏻♂️
