Miller & Carter Haywards Heath

Excellent meal at Miller and Carter Haywards Heath. Such lovely food and very good service. An excellent choice of gluten free food. We will be coming back!

Today we went there with our daughters and their families (11 people )for one of their birthdays. We have been to many miller and carters , frequently to Lancing and Brighton and three or four times to Haywards Heath. And this was completely ruined today I'm afraid. Steaks were not even warm enough to melt the butter on top, the beef dripping sauce was like oxo in dishwater my 16 year old grandson had 2 fried chips in his beef dripping sauce now he is celiac and his mum which the restaurant were aware of. The deputy manager was so rude to us with his attitude and said they follow the celiac advice and eating chips cooked with everything else is fine which he can show us online and walked off. Obviously this is not the case which we showed our waitress who was lovely and professional throughout our visit. I have never left a miller and carters feeling like this and ruined 11 peoples celebration. As a family we all really enjoy meals at miller and carters but sadly today we were shocked and dismayed.
