Miller & Carter Maidstone

I wat there with friends as I'm coeliac and restaurant Coeliac UK certified safe. So was surprised when they insisted I sign ( click on) an allergy waiver. Had just listened to Radio 4 program saying they shouldn't be used. Food was OK but cod a bit dry

Myself and my husband, went for lunch today, 10/3/25, at the Maidstone Miller and Carter, we had gift cards as presents, our server Toni, was brilliant, as soon as I mentioned Gluten free options, she double checked everything with the kitchen, cannot recommend my dessert enough, the sticky toffee pudding is the best I've had, all our food was lovely, we plan on a return visit.

This is a lovely steak restaurant located on the outskirts of Maidstone, with easy and free parking (just remember to register your details). The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is Coeliac-accredited, giving special care to gluten-free orders—a big plus for us. Their steaks are excellent, and the lunchtime deal is incredible value: 3 courses for £20, including a succulent rump steak. It’s the perfect spot to visit on a weekday off! Just a small note—during festive seasons, the lunch set menu is sometimes replaced by seasonal menus. While these are equally tasty, they’re not quite as great value but still worth it. Highly recommend Miller & Carter for a delicious meal and great dining experience!
