Miller & Carter Ruislip

Our waitress Charlotte made the experience a 10/10. The food was absolutely delicious (as always). I ordered from the gluten free menu as I have coeliac disease and I felt 100% confident that my order was correct and I could relax and enjoy it. Charlotte made sure to read back our order and went above and beyond to cater to my specific needs.

Nadine looked after us and it was lovely ! I am coeliac and heard her asking questions about how to handle the gluten free food and I felt at ease having a server who clearly cared about handling my condition

We had a really magical experience today(15/12/2024)at Miller and Carter Ruislip. We don’t go to Miller and Carter that often so it is a nice place for an occasional special treat. It has been one of the best and most memorable meals of 2024 I’ve had out. Service: We were served by a very polite member of staff named Nadine. She really made an effort and looked after my Gluten allergy well. She even checked with the Kitchen to see if my Chocolate Shard was Gluten Free. The time to receive the food is not the quickest so this isn’t the best option if you are in a rush but is perfect for a Family or Friend gathering or a meal to compliment a walk at the Lido. Gluten free menu: A huge range,in-fact it pleasantly surprised me how huge the menu was. Miller and Carter have made a vast improvement to it over the years. Food: First class! We could not fault the food that was served to us today,everything I had was absolutely fantastic! It isn’t the cheapest option to eat at but this is for more special occasions and much cheaper than Brown’s up the road. For starters,I had the Baked Cheddar Mushrooms which were delicious and the bread was nice and warm too. For mains,I had the Ultimate Rack of BBQ Ribs which were extremely delicious,tender,succulent,a lovely texture and that tiny bit smoky to add to the taste. These are definitely the best Ribs I have had in London. Also,the portion for the Ribs is massive too,I got 9 Ribs. The Chips were tasty and the Slaw was tasty and fresh. For Dessert I had the Strawberry and Vanilla Bean Ice cream with the Coconut Sorbet and the Dark Chocolate and Gold Chocolate Shard which was delicious and a beautiful way to round off the meal. I had a nice Lemonade too. Atmosphere: Very nice,nice music,three beautiful Christmas Trees. .The toilets and restaurant were clean.
