Very happy with Mimi's ability to accommodate wanting a black forest cake as a special order. Nobody at the party could tell it was gluten free, and everyone commented on how it was the best chocolate cake they have ever had. I had been previously not as happy with other local gluten free cakes, and am so happy I found Mimi's bakery! Will certainly be coming back for future events!

I met Mimi at the Windsor Farmers Market and my mind is blown. I'm not gluten free, but I have several friends who are VERY sensitive. I cannot taste the difference. The goodies are so delicious.
But finally I have a local Gluten Free Bakery from an all Gluten Free kitchen to love on my GF friends with cakes, brownies, cookies, mixes. All the carbs we love without getting them sick.
Definitely be back for more!
