Delicious sandwiches packed full of meat! I love when deli shops don’t skimp on their sandwiches. I also love that it’s LGBTQ friendly and their gluten free bread is great!

Mindy B's sandwiches are amazing and their cookies are the best! I had the "Eggie" (egg salad on sourdough) and it was delicious. Others in my party had the "Grass Eater" (roasted veggies on sourdough) which was also wonderful, and the BLT, eaten by a very picky teenager. She loved it! I just wish I'd had room to try the "Teacher's Pride" (smoked ham, cheddar and apple butter). Next time! To finish our meal, we each had an incredible cookie. I don't need to eat "gluten free" but love peanut butter cookies, so I tried the gluten-free peanut butter. I have never had a better one! The snickerdoodle and chocolate chip were also amazing. Don't miss this place if you are in Chattanooga!!
